Dennis McCanna: President
One of the three founding partners (McMann, Trevino, McCanna) and a Spokane
native. Denny has over 30 years experience in the construction trade and remains
active in Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 44. While delegating much responsibility
to his staff, Denny is involved in every project MTM undertakes. Email Denny

Tim McCanna: Vice President
Spokane native and son of MTM President Dennis McCanna, Tim McCanna earned
a Bachelor of Science Degree from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, worked
through the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 44 apprenticeship program, and then
gained experience with two other Spokane Mechanical Contractors before joining

Gerry Jones: Senior Project Manager, Estimator
Gerry joined MTM in 1997 after retiring from the US Air Force. Gerry has
experience on both sides of the table having served most of his Air Force career in
Civil Engineering and his last 5 years in Construction Management at Fairchild Air
Force Base. Gerry now serves MTM as Project Manager on projects where MTM

Steve Breeden: Project Manager, Estimator
Steve has been a Spokane native for over 50 years. Steve joined MTM in 2006.
Steve has close to 30 years experience in the Mechanical trades in both the
Industrial and the Commercial arenas. Steve is a Project Manager for MTM primarily

Rich Little: Project Manager, Estimator
Rich joined MTM in 2008 after gaining experience with various Mechanical Contractors
in and around the Spokane area since starting in the construction trade in 1990. Rich
is a Project Manager for MTM on both General and Mechanical projects. Email Rich

Randy Barnes: Project Manager, Estimator
Randy moved to MTM in 2010 after a long association in a mentor/protégé agreement
with Barnes Construction Services. Randy has a well rounded construction
background with experience as both a licensed electrician and a general contractor on
a variety of projects in both the private and government sectors. Email Randy Barnes

Terri Crawley: Secretary/Treasurer, Office Manager
Terri has experience with multi-million dollar government and state construction
projects in Washington, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and California; and nearly 20 years
accounting experience in total. She is very familiar with contract requirements vital
to a variety of projects. Terri joined MTM in 2006 as our Office Manager and has
